JUVENILE JUSTICE AND ITS PERSPECTIVES IN RUSSIA

Annotation: The article discusses in detail reconstruction of juvenile justice in Russia. It is not just about the judiciary, but also a number of related departments and services, such as the establishment of probation services for juveniles as an integral part of the full system of justice for minors in conflict with the law. Special attention is paid to training and appointment of judges and assistant judges. Judges who specialize in cases involving minors and im-plementers in the juvenile criminal justice technology, must use knowledge not only in law but also knowledge of child psychology, pedagogy, criminology, victimology, conflict resolution, working with professionals - psychologists, educators, social workers social security authorities. Today, the development of juvenile justice is in our point of force application of legislative, executive and judiciary, local government, various civil society institutions.
